Each of the 12 modern oversized deluxe rooms are equipped with a ground floor terrace and all the facilities desired to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The 2 family units have a spacious living room with studio style sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom and separate double bedroom.

A self-catering BBQ area, set in tranquil gardens, is offered for guest use, as well as laundry facilities. Ample parking is available, free for guests to leave vehicles in secure surrounds when away on tours. The information and tour booking desk can assist you with all tours.
The huge 12m inground pool, set in amongst the shade of trees, is one of the largest resort pools in the Bay - plenty of room and shade for guests to cool off and unwind.

Family apartment - Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Extra guests are $10 per person per night, $5 per child per night.

Travel Directions
The Emeraldene Inn and Eco-Lodge is the first accommodation reached as you enter Hervey Bay on your way in from Maryborough.
From Maryborough, turn right off Maryborough Road into Urraween Road, the first major cross section near the Tourist Information Centre. The Emeraldene Inn is approx 700m on the right, opposite the Hospital.
From Town, head west on Main Street, then right onto Urraween Road. The Emeraldene Inn is approx 2km on the left. Or head west on Nissen Street and then right onto Urraween Road.
From the Airport - If driving, head towards town, turn left onto Boat Harbour Drive, then left onto Main Street, then right onto Urraween Road. Email us to arrange a Limo pickup for $25 each way.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 0 - 2 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited / If cancelled 3 or more days before arrival, 0% of the deposit will be forfeited. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
