Jade Waters Luxury Holiday Apartments are centrally situated on The Esplanade, Torquay (View Map). Accommodation consists of 12 beautiful apartments featuring two bedrooms, full kitchens and laundry facilities, spacious dining and living area, laundry and ensuite bathrooms, with lock-up garage.
As well as the two bedroom apartments, we have 1 one-bedroom and 1 motel units, very close by to the main building.
The apartments are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and have an in-ground pool to relax by. Nearby attractions include Fraser Island, whale watching, fishing, bird watching and four wheel driving.
Savour breakfast on the balcony as the morning sun rises, surrounded by a leafy landscaped outlook. It's the ideal way to plan your day.
Your safety is paramount, so each apartment is secured with remote access controls and paging system. Leave your car in your own secure garage and take advantage of the proximity to all of the activities!
Let the onsite managers, Billy and Jenny, at Jade Waters take all the stress out of booking tours and activities in Hervey Bay and the Fraser Coast. Their wealth of local knowledge will help you make the right choice for you, and maybe let into a few local secrets!

We now have Bicycle & Scooter hire available on site! Bicycles are $15 for half day (5hrs), $20 full day (10hrs). Scooters range from $30 for 2 hrs to $90 for a full day (8hrs). All you need is a car licence to enjoy this fun way to see the bay.

All our prices are for 2 adults only. Extra people are charged at $10.00 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is 6.

Travel Directions
Travel along Boat Harbour Drive (the main road into Hervey Bay) until you come to the MAIN St Roundabout. ("Red Rooster" is on your left). Turn left into Main St, and continue all the way down to the Charlton Esplanade roundabout. Turn Right onto the "Esplanade" and continue until you reach Jade Waters. We are number 407 The Esplanade. Welcome!
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 0 - 1 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 2 - 91 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
